Our Team
Anthony Ottavino, Principal at OTA Group, is a Real Estate advisor and accomplished former bank executive. With 20+ years of combined real estate and corporate-investment banking experience in Canada and the U.S., he brings a distinct and qualified perspective to his brokerage and advisory work.
Anthony has worked with the largest REITs, Pension Funds, and Real Estate Developers in both Canada and the U.S. His Capital Markets and Real Estate Construction expertise represents over $50 Billion in marquee property transactions, several of which define today’s skylines in major cities including Toronto, New York, Boston, and Vancouver.
Anthony has been an Adjunct Professor at the Schulich School of Business for over 10 years, where he lectures on the topic of Real Estate Finance. He graduated with both an MBA and iBBA degrees from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
